GenPop - An online cross platform tool is been developed for association studies in analyzing human genetic data from a view point of genetic epidemiology. This tool is mainly designed for a Geneticist and Epidemiologist to deal with study of Genetic data which includes descriptive analysis such as Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, chi-square, p value and analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) with multiple inheritance models such as Dominant, Recessive, Allelic, Genotype, Odd's Ratio, Relative Risk and 95% confidence interval and also provides analysis of haplotype frequencies and linkage disequilibrium for a pair of biallelic markers at implementation level in the server application PHP, which has a special flexibility to be used with other technologies and also makes possible to obtain remarkable results.
